If you’re reading this page you probably are now where I was in 2015 — fed up with Spectrum, Comcast, Xfinity, U-verse, Dish and Direct TV. I had a $220 monthly internet/cable bill and half of it was for TV service I didn’t want and didn’t watch. We found ourselves moving more and more toward Prime TV and Netflix (an additional expense). The two cable channels we watched frequently (the golf channel and Showtime) were only available as part of the MOST expensive package offered by our provider. The secure those networks we paid for an additional 200+ channels of nothing we wanted to watch.

On night I reached my limit when I got an email that our bill would increase yet again by 25% bringing the TV service charges to $165 per month plus internet costs. Do the math! That is whopping $1,980 in just TV expense a year for something I knew I wasn’t watching.

This was where my Quest began! The objective was to disrupt the cycle of paid TV and get my budget under control. What could you buy with nearly $2,000? Maybe a vacation? A new home upgrade you are putting off?

You will be amazed at how much entertainment you can buy with that money. I will lead you down the first steps, but I can’t wait to hear what you find!
